EXCUSE ME BUT THIS RING. NO ONE NOTICED IT?????

Actually I’ve seen people mention it since the first episode.

It’s Capaldi’s wedding ring. He never takes it off, even when acting.

To add to the story, he refuses to take it off because when his acting career was struggling, his wife never gave up on him. When he landed his first major gig, he decided to not take it off, to represent he was there because of his wife’s support.

Okay can we just talk about this shot for a second?
I can’t be the only one who noticed and wondered about this; Bucky’s ear is bleeding.
This is something to actually talk about because of course he got bruised and scratched by Hydra, of course they weren’t gentle with him, but bleeding ears imply things like cracked skulls, penetrating injuries, and ridiculously high amounts of pressure inside the body.
This was after the first time they experimented on and tried to brainwashed him (unsuccessfully thankfully), albeit they did successfully torture Bucky.
I know they did horrible things to him while he was captured, but I did think that they would have been somewhat cautious with their experiments, Bucky was special to Hydra, they knew he could be of great use to them, and they didn’t want to break their new toy.
So to have things like bleeding ears, Hydra must have been exercising an immense amount of pressure on Bucky’s head, and the rest of him for that matter.
And I wonder, did things like this happen every time the Winter Soldierwas wiped? Or had Hydra found a way to stop these side-affects?
Either way, Hydra may have permanently damaged Bucky’s hearing and/or balance.
